GAS COMPRESSOR MODULE
● Skid-mounted, with less vibration and easy for maintenance
● It consists of bare compressor, explosion-proof motor, cooling system, safety valves, gas circuit system, lubricating system, drainage system, instrument operation system and electric control system etc.
● Capacity:300~6700Nm³h, less oil lubrication
PRETREATMENT MODULE
● Function: gas filtering, pressure stabilizing, metering and drying
● mobile cng station consists of emergency cut-off valve, pipeline filter, flow meter, buffer tank and dryer etc.
● Capacity: Depend on gas supplied in CNG filling statio
GAS STORAGE MODULE
● Function: Automatically fill up to avoid frequent start and stop of compressor
● Consist of priority panel and cascade cylinder
DISPENSER/TIME FILL POST/GAS DISCHARGE POLE
● Standardized NGV1 or NGV2 nozzle, American ROSEMOUNT mass flowmeter, PARKER valve
● Capacity of dispenser:2~40m³/min（1~30kg/min）
● Capacity of time fill post:≥5000Nm³h（3~70kg/min）
● Capacity of gas discharge pole: ≥5000Nm³h（3~70kg/min）
