LNG receiving stations are generally built near the port to build a matching freezer and cold storage, which can facilitate the preservation and storage of seafood and other fresh foods. Using LNG cold energy as a cold source for cold storage can not only simplify the refrigeration process, but also significantly reduce the construction and operation costs of the cold storage, saving more than 2/3 of the electricity.
